Q) How soon will my prints be ready?
A) Prints ordered and paid for online before 1pm on any day will be
delivered to you on
the next working day. All pick up orders will be ready in 24 hours.
Q) Since Trinidad & Tobago does not have States
nor Zip Codes, what do I type in the box for these?
A) On the contact form (Step
3) in the fields for State and Zip/Postal code please type "NA" for
both.
Q) Can I place an order if I don't own a Credit
Card?
A) Yes you can place
orders without owning a Credit Card. Simply select the pickup
option and you can pay for your order at any of our current pickup locations
(San Fernando & Point Fortin).
If there is no pickup location in your area, we will communicate
with you for alternative payment & delivery options.
Q) What charges are associated with services
offered?
A) For pickup service there is
a processing fee of TTD $5 which is payable upon pickup
For delivery orders, anywhere in Trinidad & Tobago, there is a
charge of USD $2.99 or Approximately TTD $18.
Q) I live in the United States and would like
to send photos to my family or friends in Trinidad & Tobago; How do
I proceed?
A) The process is basically the same - However in "Step 2" in
Comment / Promotion Code box, please type the address you would like
your prints to be shipped to in T&T and in the contact form (Step 3)
use your normal Billing Address.
Q) What is the print quality offered by
photomax TT?
A) The quality offered by
Photomax TT is on par with the world's finest photo labs. Unlike
other printers, we guarantee the best print quality available.
Q) If for any reason I experience problems with
the quality of my prints or service, what should I do?
A) Photomax TT guarantees the best quality prints. However, if you
are not satisfied with our print quality or service, please contact
us at any of the following and we will do our best to immediately
rectify your problem.
